Is there a method to run through a window or glass door without getting injured?

If someone is chasing you this could be useful information. Arms up over ducked head and hit with shoulder? What if you don’t have long sleeve clothing on?

Keep moving forward. The real danger is in the falling pieces

In the movies? Yes.
In real life? No.
Regular glass (annealed) shards have FAR sharper edges than a razor blade. Bad idea to run through 6", 10", !2", etc. razor blades.
Tempered glass breaks into little granules - but tough to break in the way you describe.

I would double tap if first. It’s hard to break some glass. Long story I won’t get into here but I had to break in once and it took forever with laminated glass.

Wearing a mask and long sleeved clothing. Plus probably slam through with the top of your head so you don’t get any glass in your eyes.

Man, you'd be better off running right up to the glass, then suddenly turning around, grabbing whoever you're running from, and throwing them through the glass instead.

You going to jump through AverageJoe26 windshield for him so he doesn't have to commit fraud?

I hate to give a real answer on the OT but here it goes. Answer is NO.
Two perfect examples.
1. Good friend is a homicide detective. Knocks on front door. Momma answers. Steps into front room and son (suspect) is unexpectedly sitting on couch. He says “stand up, you are under arrest” and dude tries a movie style dive through the front window. Makes it through window. They run out on lawn and guy basically has an amputated arm. They save the guy with a tourniquet.
2. Fireman buddy responds to drunken pool party where guy charged through a closed sliding glass door thinking it was open. Big chunk of glass cut the guys neck and he was dead in a couple of minutes.
This doesn’t even mention the guy I saw stick his hand through a glass window and sliced his forearm to the bone because he was mad at his girlfriend. Glass ain’t a joke.

I've seen this in person outside the Caterie when my buddy caught his girlfriend with a guy. Fortunately he didn't get in trouble and just hit his own window. I drove us to the ER.

Only if your glass is made from spun sugar or you pay someone to wait and hit some poppers hooked to your windows/doors
