What sports broadcast do you suggest people in BR listen to on their way home from work? I agree with you but theres literally no other option. I cant stand the guy and dont listen to his show most of the time but find myself tuning in at times bc theres literally nothing else to listen to

I really don’t like this guy , BUT Jimmy Ott was better from 4-6 than Masconna is 3-6. Of course times are a bit different now but Friday’s at the Catere were fun as hell when Ott had that time slot.

I think the majority of Moscona’s popularity is based on his time slot. As far as the best combo of bits, entertainment, information, and insiders interviews... Hanny and Ott are light years ahead of Moscona. The Theroit radio hour schtick is played out.

This is exactly right. Matt does a ton of prep for his show. But it’s supposed to be FUN for the people that listen. But when he does take a caller he cuts said caller off after about a minute and then bashed said caller for 5 mins. Just because he thinks he knows more than everyone. Jimmy at least had some fun with his callers and it made for a better show.

Moscona is an entertaining tool, but no. Jacob Hester and Matt Flynn is the best duo in Louisiana radio.
I’d put Moscona as the third best radio show on ESPN BR behind Hanging with Hester and Colada and T-Bob (T-bob is also annoying, but typically funnier and balanced by Jordy who’s a really solid interviewer who books good guests).
Sports today is like listening to paint dry.

Moscona is one of the best radiomen in the whole south and honestly is way too good for the shite market he is in.

I'd rather listen to Sport Shorts radio on Saturday mornings.

I have heard that show a few times..... Rantz and Buzzy aren’t that bad. But that Joel Davis is about as dumb as a rock. What a loudmouth dickhead he is.

They're not even the best on 104.5. Hester/Flynn, Jordy/T-Bob, and Hanny/Ott are all better. Scone and Theriot are actually pretty bad 90% of the time. Matt is a douche and Theriot just plays the idiot with an "I don't really want to be here" attitude.
