Some of my dad's favorite jokes were "hair-lip/lisp" related. Here's one:
Alphonse (hair-lip) goes to the race track to check out a horse he wants to buy. The trainer pulls the horse out of the stall and allows Alphonse to check out his teeth and other body parts while the trainer holds the horse in place. Alphonse then says "Lemme see her twat!". The trainer proceeds to go to the back of the horse and pulls up its tail for open viewing. Naw, Naw, Naw!, says Alphonse. Twat around, twat around!
