Constellation brands in the US which is not AB InBev
The Company Modelo is owned by AB Inbev.
Constellation owns the distribution rights in the US.
Constellation has to pay AB Inbev for those distribution rights.

Weird that I'm using the same gif twice in this thread, but....

Constellation paid AB Inbev for those 'distribution rights' when they purchased the portfolio from them outright in 2013.

Anheuser-Busch dangles $150M in incentives to distributors to keep beer in stock:
New York Post article

Anheuser-Busch is dangling big incentives to distributors to keep its beers on store shelves following Bud Light’s disastrous tie-up with Dylan Mulvaney — even as retailers begin reassigning the space they allocate to popular beers, according to reports.
The embattled brewer — whose Bud Light brand has been slammed by boycotts over an April 1 marketing tie-up with the transgender influencer — is offering as much $150 million in relief this year alone, according to Beer Marketer’s Insights.
That includes reimbursements to distributors for certain freight and fuel surcharges and giving them an extra five days to pay their bills to the brewery, according to the trade publication.

Focus on social initiatives closely aligned with business objectives.
Constellation continues to advance its target to invest a total of $200 million to support female- and minority-founded businesses within the beverage alcohol industry over a 10-year period. With more than $98 million invested in 12 female- and minority-founded small businesses through August 2023, Constellation seeks to help create the industry’s next generation of brands aligned with evolving consumer preferences, further bolstering the company’s product portfolio.
Constellation is still out for me.
Openly racist and sexist.

In 2 years, Bud Light will be back to normal. Conservatives are the least intimidating demographic in America.

At this rate, in 2 years you will be going to jail for not letting your 8 year old get a sex change.

Yuengling Flight has taken a big chunk out of the Blue Can Crew up here in rural SEMO
That stuff is $18 a 12 pack every time i see it. Paying basically $40 a case after taxes seems absurd for light beer.
It is good tho.

Yuengling does have a “Light” beer that is priced competitively with all the others.

I will never drink Bud Light. It is just as easy to buy real beer.

Initially everyone was talking bad about it….but Saturday night in Tiger stadium, I saw folks around me drinking a hell of a lot of it. It looks like all of the Facebook warrior’s fake outrage wore off quickly!
