I was at LSU during the bicentennial, it doesn't seem like there is near the hoopla over the 250th as there was for that

I would price it very minimally as a option.

Likely too late in the MY run to make any significant changes, beyond a special blue paint choice.

it really was, celebrations everywhere, bicentennial trains touring the country, there were even "bicentennial edition" cars made for '76, lots of fun

Don’t know what made you think that. I’m patriotic but even our yearbook was filled with revolutionary stuff. They overdid it on some items.

I think it's being underplayed. It really is an incredible event.

Do us a favor, frick OFF!!!

If you don't like it here, get the frick OUT!!!

You don't have to swing at every pitch, or comment on everything that gets your panites in a bunch. Grow up. Enjoy life.

Better yet, LEARN TO APPRECIATE AND BE GRATEFUL FOR WHAT YOU HAVE, and quit your bitching.

Even Flora Bama is selling merchandise

well this is an absolute shocker to me, since I typically look to the FloraBama as a bastion of classiness and modern style.

America 250 merchandise

Even though I was born in 1981, I can remember seeing things for the bicentennial years after as a kid. I would especially like to save the bicentennial quarters and half dollars since they had a different look to them.

A few months ago, I even came across a cartoon that was produced by the US government for the bicentennial. It was so flashy that now you would need a epilepsy warning on it.

Speaking of coins, I was thinking about getting a Proof set or uncirculated set from the US Mint, but damn they have increased their prices 124 dollars for 5.82 in coins at least it comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.

This country needs more patriotism and nationalism, that’s why it’s broken
