I didn’t realize the vote was back in 2018. Something was built or maybe repurposed an older building at 3455 Florida St near the BR General (old one) that opened in 2021.

The SCOTUS ruling in Grants Pass, Oregon v. Johnson on Friday gave local governments more ability to make certain homeless activities like sleeping criminal offenses. They now have a bigger tool in their toolbox but it remains to be seen how and how often local governments will use it.
