Kenner used to have a 2 Amigos that was similar to Panchos after Katrina did them in. Then COVID and Ida got rid of 2 Amigos. 2 Amigos was very similar in concept to Panchos, I heard some former employees of Panchos opened 2 Amigos. They had light system where you turned the light on if you wanted more.
My local Mexican restaurant in Cut Off has a lunch buffet, but I am not impressed, it is one hot bar and is pricey.

Yes, those were great, but the whole enchilada, pardon the pun, was sensory overload as a kid. The one in Bossier made you feel like you were in Old Mexico, or at least what I thought it looked like from Speedy Gonzales cartoons.

Get some Pedro’s when you go back. See if you can find my keys at the White Horse

I may have put the one on Nicholson out of business with my excessive flag raising.
They suggested to me and my guest that I had eaten enough.

There's one at I-20 and Green Oaks in south Arlington. I go about once a year to defile myself for nostalgic reasons.

I use it almost every day for the dumb fricking imbeciles who don’t know that OT stands for off-topic, there is a dedicated board for all things food

Whoever owns the name could kill it with an annual festival

Mingo would get anxiety with the thought of going to a Pancho’s

“I hate Pancho’s,” said no Juan ever.

Pancho's was the go-to after a few rounds of bongs

Two Amigos was more Pancho’s than the post-Katrina Pancho’s was.
Damn shame they went out of business. We’d eat there at least once a month.

There is one in Arlington and Ft Worth. Also you raise the Italian flag not the Mexican flag.
