It will bounce back quickly. The economy there is similar to Austin.

Don’t think N GA is immune from the locust Yankees. Elijay and Blue Ridge are overrun.

That’s why I am staying in California. It feels like all the people that voted for the dumb shite that has ruined the state are moving to Texas. I feel sorry for all the real Texans because life will change as you know it.

Well, you're wrong. The ones I know moving here from Cali are getting away from your shithole. You might want to grab a flight, too. Cali is shite now and will only get worse.

California is dropping faster than any state in history. Place will be Venezuela is 15 years.

I would say no, but it's way up there.

No doubt.

Transplants will kill an area. Wife and I have been hanging in Nashville for years, but the young Transplants are turning it into Austin.

Doubtful, considering some places have an hour wait just to get in. Then you get in, and you have to stand in line for 20 minutes to get another drink. Even if you're first in line. Hipster city. Hipster service. You can have it.

You are up here the busiest time of year and bitching about wait times. Classic.

It's more locked down than LA, so y'all would hate it.

COL is very low. I don’t remember what we paid in property taxes before we moved to native land, but it was less than LA.

It does seem like an interesting place. I want to visit. It’s hard to say one state is the very best. We can agree some states are the worst. Looking at you, Mississippi.

Don’t come at me Sippy boys.... I was born and raised there until I was 5. It sucks.

I don't know if I'd consider age 5 born and raised

I think he means he was born there and raised there until he was 5. Not born and raised there.

Right but does living somewhere until kindergarten give you much of a basis for opinion?

Personally, I have no desire to live in Mississippi, but we live in Louisiana so glass houses and all

Just refinanced my California home I purchased18 months ago and it appraised for $120k more than the purchase price. But I’m sure it will be worthless in 15 years.... Bozo
