Her grandparents own a pretty big business in the small town we live in and she doesnt want to be seen picking up the test. She made me go buy the plan b for same reason

This is 100% a troll but I'll answer anyway. The pill can give her some spotting and mess with how heavy her next period is. If the "month later" bleeding was actually a period and not just spotting, she's not pregnant. In my experience the pill can shift a period a few days either direction even though they say it usually doesn't.

Well she bled 3 days after she normally would and it only lasted 3 or 4 days which she said was shorter and lighter than usual. Idk what constitutes spotting

Also, young women think that every time you have sex you run the risk of getting pregnant when really there is only a 5-6 ish day window each month when they can get pregnant (in the vast majority of cases).
