Is a deal for the average white collar family with assets. You have to keep high limits on your underlying policies, but a home, 3 cars, boat, camp and a few rental properties costs less than $1000

Anybody with a pot to piss in should be maxed out and have an umbrella in place on auto and homeowners along with uninsured underinsured motorist.
