I’ve gotten a flurry of phone calls from service providers saying that “Monique” is using my mobile number to open accounts.
I don’t know any Monique.
Is this some sort of sophisticated scam?

I would recommend giving them your social security number as well as your credit card numbers. The more information they have to help you, the better

Honestly, this will be a pain in the arse but I would change every password I could think of. Also pull a credit report from all of the credit reporting agencies…they are free.

This should be the default setting for you at all.3 credit bureaus. Unfreeze as needed only.for as long as needed.
Sign up for alerts for any inquiries to your credit report...

I know a Lavonna and a Monique. Both white. Both really good looking.
