If l not liking how they act and bring everything down is racist, then yeah I’m one.
I’ve lived in BR over 50 years and have consistently gone to NO over the same period . I’ve seen area after area, institution after institution languish and eventually destroyed by their culture.
After they removed Middleton’s name from the library, I don’t watch any LSU sports, threw away all my LSU merchandise (hats, shirts, etc), and discourage anyone from going there. I pretty much exclusively post only in the OT and Political forums just for news and some conversation.
You go ahead and keep being abused and your culture destroyed. I can’t stop you. All I can do is try and open your eyes.

Every topic like this, concerning the downfall of LSU, can be traced back to JBE. Your governor for 8 years, he did everything he could to hurt lsu.

The losers are the ones not caring that Tate brought in too many Pell eligible blacks from out of state and/or with inflated grades due to not requiring SAT or ACT scores for admissions, honors college, or for LSU controlled or funded scholarships/grants.
The ones here who you wish would die off are the ones who actually care about LSU for more than just sports.

Need to find the video of party outside of the assembly center that week. It look like a black university spring break party. I hope they insulated Mike’s area enough to not have to hear that crap. LSU pushing broken urban culture on a campus right next to a lot of people from that broken culture is ignorant.

I have one in high school currently and she is a huge LSU fan. Unfortunately, if the current admission trend continues, she will not apply there. LSU needs to fix its image and turn course quickly before it’s too late.

I wonder how TD demographics will change if they haven’t already as these kids starting posting on here…assuming it’s as bad as people say it is.
I haven’t visited LSU since 2011 and it was fine. The surrounding areas of campus were nice too then. Very confused. Will have to look up these videos.

Looking through some of these videos on here, in hindsight I would have stayed at Ole Miss despite it being a shitty program with a small stadium and third world facilities.

Holistic admissions started under F King in 2018. They were not Tate’s doing. Tate actually improved things in research funding and got over 250 million in donations. People love to continue to trounce the guy for the dei shite he had little or nothing to do with. He wasn’t doing anything that other universities did/were doing.
The quality of student has certainly diminished over the years. You could attribute that to the lack of LSU fighting to keep its best and brightest in state. LSU does very little to recruit or entice in state students. They focus more on out of state recruitment, because those kids pay more.
Society as a whole has gotten way more lax and ratchet. Especially the current generation of college student

This has been going on for a long time.
My nephew applied to many schools 20+ years ago. Only got TOPS offer from LSU. Got offered full academic scholarship from FU. And yes, as lifelong LSU fans, we hated him going there.
