I filed in January and still have not received my state refund either. How long do they have to legally return it to you? or is that not how it works? I'm curious.

I hear in Florida if you bring your state refund check to the gas station they give you half the value of your check in synthetic marijuana credit.

I know this is getting off topic but how can people blame the current Governor when he took over a state that was completely run into the ground by a total idiot? Is it really Edwards fault that the state is broke? He certainly hasn't been the one letting the state go into debt by lying about balancing budgets. You may not like what he is doing to try and fix the state's financial issues but don't blame him if the state is out of money at the moment.
