Well, people said a new plague would thin out the numbers of dumb people and look where that got us. I’m willing to bet if the economy crashed the dumb people of the world would pull through somehow.

Three weeks after Katrina, Rita rolled through. About 3 million people decided to evacuate Houston, most of whom were living 60 feet above sea level. It was a clown show, with traffic at a dead stop on all major arteries. Most had to turn around after 8 or 10 hours and come back to Houston.
