Is laying out in the sun the single most boring thing ever?

I used to think time passed the slowest on a treadmill, but how can chicks literally lay out for hours working on their tan. After 10 minutes, I'm done and have to go do something.

I do it from time to time when my wife asks me to lay out with her. She does things with me she really doesn't want to do but does just because I ask her to. It's good trade off.
Plus, like the above said; we cut the tunes on outside, bust open a brew and just relax.

If you have your phone you can keep yourself occupied. You don't really have to lay out to get a tan, just be out in the son. When you mow the grass or do shite outside just take off your shirt.

I used to have a night job. I'd get home in the morning, walk to the beach (Redondo) and smoke weed, body surf and sleep all day. Great way to meet women: airline stewardesses, cocktail lounge waitresses, dancers, strippers, anyone else who worked odd hours. I was about the only guy on the beach, the others had the typical square 9-to-5 yoke. I'm dark skinned (Ponca) so I could hang out all day trolling.

My ADD doesn't allow me to sit still for long, so I've got to get up after a few minutes. I am outside most of the day, so getting a sun tan is never something that crosses my mind.
My guess is they just lay there waiting for guys to come by and stare at them
