Is mattress your code word for condom?

Go with natural talalay. Get a couple of 3" layers, much easier to move around than one solid piece. Can add another 2"-3" layer if desired. Latex lasts 20-30 years, never needs turning.

Anyone have a Casper or Ghostbed or Purple something mattress?

Yes. Have one and do not regret at all.

Did Chicken get some ad program that advertises what the thread is? I open this up, and my right side screen is mattress advertisements.

I swear by Kempton hotel mattresses. We currently have 2 and getting another queen for the other guest room. They blow anything from the box stores away and actually not that expensive.

I sold these damn things for over a year (all mattresses, not just latex) and for the LOVE OF GOD do not take anyone else's advice other than your own.
Buy one, try it out for a month, three months, whatever the return policy is.
Even if your most trusted friend or relative in the world loves it doesn't mean you will. Everyone's body and needs are very different.
The advice on this message board will not mean jack shite when you're trying to fall asleep. I saw it time and time again with the advice from a friend, a magazine, a website where it was all wrong.

I'm not a fan of Purple, I think the cubed surface feels weird. Plus it only works properly with certain kinds of sheets.
Latex is excellent but expensive. I've heard a good solution is to buy a firm traditional mattress and then get a 3" latex topper for it.
Personally, I like my Leesa. It sleeps cool and is very comfortable. I never knew that I would like a mattress with a soft top layer until I tried it.

Is latex the best type of mattress?
I guess if you wet the bed a lot.

great choice for bed wetters, lets hope you can solve your problem one day

We went with latex. Heavy and hard to move, but far and away the best I've tried. We're both side sleepers.
