Idk what the hell they are doing on 12 west from Oneal to the split but the left lane is blocked at the busiest time of the day. Avoid like the plague.

What about Jefferson Hwy? They had the left lane at the Corporate and Jefferson intersection shut down at lunch time yesterday

Construction that usually wraps up at 5am ran over this morning, should be picking up the cones soon
I’m convinced they are just making up stuff to keep billing for this job

Kind of a loaded question. The easy answer is yes but one could say the same about virtually any agency under the auspices of Louisiana government. They are all incompetent. It's like trying to pick out the dumbest kid on the short bus.
