I know of women who post here unassumingly. Plenty who don't reveal their gender.
And the obvious reason is because when people know you're a woman you're typically 1) harassed and picked on or 2) hardlegged.
The poli board is a little different. I find women are able to openly post there more "peacefully", if you will.
