My neighbor does similar shite with his lawn. He lets it get shin high, then cuts it and puts huge chunks of grass all over my yard and the other neighbor’s yard. I take my backpack blower and blow all the shite back into his yard. You could do something similarly with his trash I’m sure. If that doesn’t work, try hitting him.

I'm lucky. Our neighbor brings ours in after truck passes or we do theirs- whoever gets there first.

is it simple if he is unable to convince the neighbor to take the trash in?
suppose the neighbor reacts to the suggestion very personally and cant respond as adults do?
there are several ways this gets ugly.
