can't speak for all 50 states, but where I got divorced, it's a non issue

It does vary by state, but I know that in Louisiana & Alabama, it can be considered by the judge when determining how much (if any) spousal support is awarded.

But adultery is very hard to prove unless you basically have video of them fricking or an admission, and it depends on whether the judge gives a flying frick. Most don't.
