Like those in the amazon and the group of people who live on that island off the coast of India. I’m not saying you have to force them to modernize if they don’t want too but should my they at least be allowed to see all of the technological advances we have? Then if they choose to live the way they do now like the Amish or something cool whatever but it seems cruel not to at least give them acccess to modern medicines and what not

These people try to bring helicopters down with spears.

I say we let them be.

I think we should start telling tribal sports fans that they’re not part of the team.

They are perfectly happy where they are. Most have their own "religion" that involves nature and the stars. Some think we are the ones that are out of touch, and they are partly right.

Read up about the settlers going "native" and running off with the injuns during the settling of North America by the Europeans. It's fascinating stuff and some would say that "civilization" as we know it is not so great.

That’s a terrible idea.

Their lives are pretty perfect.

Not making them become advanced is the right thing to do.

If there is a way for people to frick something perfect and simple up terribly, this is easily the way to do it

Hunting/fishing all day
No feminism
You can walk around naked
Grill out every night
Camping every night
No taxes
No commute
No divorce courts/alimony

Is it inhumane for the tribes not to share their lifestyle with us working stiffs?

Ben Franklin wrote about how hard it was to keep boys on the farm once they caught a glimpse of how the Indians lived. For their part, Indians weren't hung up on genealogy. If you lived with them and adopted their customs, you were one of them. About 1/4 of Cherokees were English/Irish, and about a third of Comanches were anglo or mexican.

Their women walk around topless while you look at porn, and you think they are the ones missing out.

It's illegal to contact them because they aren't immune to diseases like we are. Plus they'll murder you, as evidenced by that dumb bastard who tried to preach the gospel to them and got hacked up.

Well, the fact that they try and kill anything and anyone who comes to the island would sway me towards the no column.

Is that the group that started chucking Spears and shooting arrows at the helicopter or drone? If so, those people arent going to be around much longer as it's thought their numbers have dwindled to less than 100 or so.

ETA: I don't see how any Amish teenagers go back to living in their Amish community after Rumspringa.

Yep. If you take a step back and look objectively at modern society as it is currently structured it is pretty retarded and poorly "designed."

We spend most of our waking hours working or commuting to work in order to afford all the creature comforts of life such as homes and cars and phones and shite.

What little free time we do enjoy we are usually too exhausted or busy with other chores of "civilized life" to truly enjoy or make productive use.

It is almost like the system has been designed, whether intentional or not, to keep us being productive little serfs to keep this giant machine going.
