Flipping off a cop isn't illegal, but your soon-to-be-broken taillight is.

wouldn't consider it perjury. It's doing what's necessary to keep scum off the streets.

Of course. I am sure you being Billy Bob in a backwoods redneck police dept gives you that ability to "keep the scum off the streets". At least you're of no important rank to actually cause any real effect to "crime".

At least you reading and typing is a plus.

With a statement like that, the only difference it appears between you and most criminals is a badge.

I don't know for certain whether it is illegal, but I'm fairly confident you'll be cited for not having proof of insurance.

I'm not quite as dedicated to the troll as Lucas is. It's a patience thing I think.

No it's not illegal. Every Time you see a cop let the middle finger fly.

If anything happens to you as a result, I am not responsible.

give it time, some of LucasP's work is an art unto itself

Tip:Be more patient and let em swallow the hook a bit more before attempting to set it, catch more fish that way.

Oh I understand the concept. What I mean is that I lack the patience to tend to the troll that long. I get a few laughs and then move on

IF they can say that someone else saw it, it is an obscene gesture. I believe that can be some charge.

I was at a convenience store one time getting gas and a guy was getting arrested for stealing from the store. Total turd, and at some point told the cop to frick himself. People nearby including myself heard it. We signed a form that we witnessed him say it, it was another charge.

One of my good friends did a quick draw mmcgraw hand motion at a BR cop in downtown. They pulled us over, ripped him out the car and arrested him. The cop ended up getting bitched out by his supervisor and my buddy was released after 2 hours with no charges.

Moral to the story is that it isn't illegal, but very stupid.
