Is it illegal for people with handicap tags to park in regular parking spots?

If they do then you can park in one of theirs. It's kinda the same thing when a black guy bangs one of our women.

My wife and kid ran in for a few things.

And it was 5pm. Handicap people have already eaten by 5.

My mother has a handicap tag, but she like to park near the buggy corral so she can easily get and push a shopping cart around for better balance.

My mother-in-laws car had handicap tags. Every now and then I would use it without her. When I did I parked in the regular parking spaces because I don't need a handicap space. This left the handicap space open for someone who does.

Is it real that difficult to try and figure out how or why this happens?

Yep,
86 years and counting of selfishness.

This coming after she went a few years WITHOUT a tag because she felt embarrassed to use one, although she needed one.

You should encourage and reinforce that kind of behavior. They should be just like anyone else, especially since most of the handicap spots are taken by minority people with zero handicaps.

My brother has a handicap plate from an injury he got during war. If myself or his wife drive his truck we don't park in the handicap out of respect for the handicap. Sorry it inconveniences you that we don't park in handicap because we......are not handicap. Also, like other said, he parks close to a buggy so he won't tip over. I'll tell him to stop.

I have a relative with a legit handicap plate. When I drive them, I like to drop them off right at the door of the store and then park in a regular spot. When it's time to go, I get the car while they are checking out and meet them at the door. Let some handicapped person use the spaces.

The relative is sort of put out for some reason that I won't use a handicap space, even though it has no effect on them. Of course, they milked the hell out of a handicap tag for years before they really needed it.
