Get black out drunk at this party and then you wont be invited back. Shitty friends dealt with. However, I do feel for the kid who has a birthday so close to Christmas.

To the OP: What's the difference in holding a birthday party in June for a kid born on Xmas Eve and holding a birthday party on the Saturday before a kids real birthday when it falls on a Tuesday? Do you bitch about that too?

Having two parties is ridiculous. Moving the date of one party is not.

I'm gonna celebrate Christmas next week so it doesn't fall close to my birthday.

Do you have kids? Do you want your 5-year old to walk up to you ask why they don't get to have a birthday party like their friends do?

For frick's sake, guys. It's for the kids. Get over yourself for one freaking day.

Not the worst idea I've ever heard. I would probably do it in April though and have a crawfish boil for the family.

frick that. You are born when you are born, the little shite is going to think he is extra special because his fruity arse parents gave him two bday parties. The dad should be kicked in his nuts for allowing this.

The week before Christmas is tough. Last minute shopping and people making plans to go out of town. That's why we moved our son's birthday to early December.

I was born near christmas and never had problems with people coming to my parties as a kid. Maybe it's selfish parents

He isn't. That's why you both workout 3 times a day. Insecure fricks.
