I encourage you to read the book Sapiens

Read the fricking book, man.
Or don't, I don't give a shite, but it lays out my opinion on the matter. You not wanting to read it doesn't make me deflect. I'm literally giving you the direct source of why I said what I said. I don't know how to make it anymore clear.

How very odd.
But deflect more. You really, really hate engaging in direct debate.

1. It's not an obscure book. It's written by a prolific author and a huge book.
2. I could try to recite it the best I could on an anonymous message board, or you could, you know, read the book and decide for yourself.

30,000/year = 2,500/month, about 1,900/month net
500 rent
300 food
100 gas
100 insurance
150 401k
100 health insurance
65 utilities
60 cell phone
35 internet
30 trash
25 household cleaners, hygiene products, things of that nature
-------
1,465.00
leaves you with $435/month and that's with incredibly conservative expense estimates.

Cornerstone, sure, but not sole source.
Not that I would expect you to know that. You've gone full Roger just going to disagree no matter what and insult for the sake of disagreeing.

Why would I when I have the entire history of this species that somehow managed to not off themselves because they didn't have access to recreation on a regular basis?
You have continuously proven that you have no understanding of perspective or history. You live in a modern world that you assume has always been the way it's been. You link people who think exactly like you, without any understanding of history or how most of the people on this planet live.
Have you even left this country?

It is most certainly sole source. You'd know that if you had visited any of the countries who rely on it.

No its not. What population is exclusively vegatarian? Or than the 7th day adventist, which aren't really a population

Most of India. And most of central America and Africa. Meat is expensive and a luxury.
Again, you'd understand this if you ventured outside your current bubble.

No, vegetarian. Because meat is expensive and a luxury. Are you unable to read?

It has a character limit and you have no idea who I am.
The book lays out the entire point and is written by a highly respected expert.

One of the first times I agree with mingo based only on last few pages.
People are not machines. We need mental and physical health. Need a life outside of work and that costs money.

I read it fine, it just makes no sense and is inaccurate

I'll ask you the same question:
how did humanity survive thousands of years without the above?

I'm sorry you're unable to comprehend English. When meat is too expensive and a luxury, you subsist as a vegetarian. Which humanity has successfully done for thousands of years, and is still doing to this day in places where meat is prohibitively expensive. India, Bangladesh, multiple African nations. etc.
I'm not arguing meat isn't a better dietary option. I'm simply saying there are millions of people on this planet that meat is a luxury rarely, if ever seen. And yet they survive.
