I know that it helps me sleep better at night. I used to take melatonin but have since switched strictly to CBD capsule.

I also exercise 4 to 5 times a week, so I think that along with taking a CBD capsule have allowed me to get a better night’s sleep and feel rested in the morning.

I use CBD cream every now and then for lower back pain and gummies a gummy for sleep. Both work fine for me.

Dat delta though.

I was given some pain balm a couple months ago, I've yet to try it.

I will say this about dogs though. My dog has epilepsy and has had seizures regularly for 3+ years. She was averaging a seizure every 2-3 weeks for a year and a half. She is on meds for it and they have helped, she has a neurologist that knows her history very well and monitors her.
In April we decided to try giving her CBD in conjunction with her regular meds. She went from a seizure every 2-3 weeks to none. She hasn't had one since March and the Dr has now decreased her dosage on her prescription by 20%. We give her .5ml of CBD every night before bed. I don't know if it works for anything else, but you'll never convince me it doesn't work for a dog who suffers from seizures.

I had a traumatic brain injury, and it really messed me up and my senses. I honestly had the worst anxiety I’ve ever had in my life following it. I was recommended cbd and was told to get full spectrum. Well after two days my appetite returned, my anxiety lessened greatly, and I was able to sleep without some terrible nightmares.
