In general terms, a scientist is someone who gets paid to do science which is what he does... So yes, Bill is a scientist.

His main push us to get this country on green energy sources, which is possible and would create a shite ton of jobs. If you have an argument against that then awesome, I'm all about exchanging ideas. But shitting on his credentials rather than what he's saying is lazy and dumb.
