Arkansas has mountains in North west Arkansas, Northern Arkansas, Northeast Arkansas, Southwest Arkansas and North Central Arkansas.
I mean, the drive from New Boston to Dequeen is flat. Farm. 30 minutes north of Dequeen on 71 to Mena and beyond is great. It's not all NWA. Not even close. People don't understand that.

SNL once basically ran an ad on why conservatives should escape the hoodlums in the south to move to Vermont.
I'd rather go to New Hampshire in that area of the country. Fewer commies

Beautiful state the farther you go NW. The prettier areas also come with very desirable demographics.

NELA, particularly the islands, is close to if not better in terms of deer.

I remember when I moved to Elkins back in 2002, it snowed every weekend in the late fall and winter months. Hell it snowed in March and stuck to the ground.
I knew some people that moved to Bella Vista from up North, they said the cold reminded them where they came from and moved to get away from it.

You don't know what you are talking about.

Took my son and his scout troop on a 5 day 50 miler patch canoe trip on the Buffalo River some 15+ years ago. Was a great trip, that part of the state is beautiful country. They have a transplanted elk herd around there.
No idea about the rest of the state or the baws up there, other than hearing about some great timber duck hunting around Stuttgart, never been.
