Mine isn’t consistently connected. I know it had to do with weather but does anyone know what’s going on? Baton Rouge area.

Any ideas the issue? I would think it would work regular or be off but not back and forth.

Had problems yesterday. Spend about an hour on the phone with customer service because there was no outage in my area. After making sure everything was plugged in and a few restarts, it ended up working.

Had problems in NOLA. I disconnected the coax line to my house (make sure no moisture build up), disconnected coax from my modem, unplugged power. Turned power on, waited 1 minute, reconnected line into the house, then reconnected back of modem. Worked great ever since.
I reconnected the one to the house first just because it always gives me problems getting a firm connection because of the rubber piece used to keep out moisture. It is also why I disconnect the outside line & the modem line

Mine went down Tuesday about 5:00. TV still worked. Cox website and phone both said there was an outage. Signed up for a text alert when it was fixed and switched to my iPhone hotspot. Yesterday about 5 I power cycled the panoramic and internet came on and I immediately got a text from Cox saying it was fixed. So always power cycle first and regardless of what they say.

I didn’t want to be that dick complaining about internet when people were out of power, but yeah. Mine’s been out since the freeze, and it’s been spotty until a few hours ago. Hopefully it stays that way.

Yes, it happens multiple times a week. Cox doesn't care because they have a monopoly on the region and they're extremely unhelpful.
With work/schooling from home, it just isn't acceptable anymore.

It was on/off a couple of times Monday morning then fully out Monday afternoon. Logged on to Cox account (via cellular) and they said my area was out. Got a text Tuesday morning that said it was fixed, rebooted everything and nothing. Texted back and they hooked me up with a live person texting and he said the area was out. They texted again last around 6 and said it was working. Rebooted and it worked. Went out again overnight but came back around 10am without a reboot.
