Back in the day the rule was if you went on a date and drank and passed out all bets were off. That rule was displayed on the dash of my car and the chick I was with had to sign a release. Never had a minuets trouble.

Read both articles tonight. I tend to believe the victim because who would want to go public with all this - drag their name through the mud, be subjected to the public's asinine opinions. There are admittedly some sketchy details here that will leave you wondering. But then again, if hookup sex isn't sketchy you're doing it wrong.

Sure they do. But in this case there is zero evidence suggesting rape; and there is evidence through her requesting hard core action again that very day that things would get kinky.
I don't know what happened in that room, but I can say these articles in no way provide a shred of evidence of any wrong doing and are more consistent with a rough sex/swinging/adventurous relationship. That is the all we have.
Yes, the lack of bloodwork was a fack up big time.... however she later refuses a hair sample - sorry I struggle to buy the need for sympathy here when she makes that choice.
