Part 3 I think that she is crazy.

quote:

On the evening when they had oral sex, the man had choked her and spanked her hard enough to bruise her buttocks, she said. She sent him text messages the next day, the case file confirms, telling him she liked it and wanted to do it again.

quote:

he also texted him about plans they had made to go to Kinky Salon in New Orleans, which the case file describes as "a swingers club." (Kinky Salon's website specifically rejects that label, describing itself instead as "an inclusive sex-positive community" that hosts parties providing a "safe space for people of all persuasions to explore their sexuality without fear of judgment.")

quote:

Lambert said she had never attended Kinky Salon before, but discussed with the man the possibility that they would encounter group sex at the event. According to the case file, the man characterized that conversation differently, telling investigators that Lambert told him "she wanted to have several guys gang bang her." Lambert says she told Jackson that she never said that, but her denial is not included in the report.

This chick seems bat shite crazy.

Just because she said she liked it and wanted to do it again doesn't mean she liked it and wanted to do again. That is not for you to judge based off things like words and stuff.

And clearly this man, saw through the 'she liked it and wanted to do it again' and decided to drug her because when a woman tells you she likes it and wants to do it again, you know that means No and you are cut off.

Where the hell does the media find these 'victims'. I am not sure what is worse, the poster children lately for rape or police racial bias (Big Mikes of the world). I mean surely there are thousands of legitimate cases out there, yet the causes keep picking these gems.

Her recollection today is more fuzzy; she said she might have been penetrated, but she can't say for sure, or by what object, because she was not fully conscious at the time. But she said that was the moment she got scared.

This is in my opinion the most important statement made by her in this whole story. If she is not sure ishe was raped why would anyone arrest the guy for rape?

Well, the attempted oral could still be considered simple rape.

But it seems obvious why this would not be the one the DA wants to run with

I don't know what happen when they got back to his apartment, but I don't think he put anything in her drink.

quote:

A vial of blood taken during Lambert's rape exam and stored for nearly five months was finally -- on Feb. 19 -- sent to the State Police crime lab for toxicology testing, according to the case file. The results came back negative.

quote:

arranged to have a hair sample from Lambert tested for date rape drugs, the case file shows.

Lambert refused to provide the sample

They said Lambert appeared to be drunk or high when she arrived at the bar

My default setting now, when it comes to stories like this, is that no rape occurred.

Too bad we can't enforce sodomy laws anymore, then Baton Rouge could put both these idiots in prison for wasting their time.

If there is no evidence, what else is there to do?

Also, why would anyone date rape someone who they are already having regular consensual sexual encounters with?

I seriously doubt that a rape occurred.

I don't think so either. 2 legendary gators, a 10.25% beer, would knock a lot of females on their arse on their own. Add tequila shots on top of that, and there's easy potential for blackout like she described.
