Mine says same thing. We have not yet filed our 2019 tax return. I’m wondering if that is the reason. All bank info is up to date.

I checked on mine and it said they "didn't have bank account information"
Even though they just drug about 1500 out of the account for federal taxes this month.......

I checked mine and it said April 15, noticed that was today and checked the bank account to notice it was deposited sometime this morning.
Have not filed 2019 taxes, this is based on 2018 return.

I already got a call from a friend..Yes the guy has been out of work for the last couple of years..He has an RMD that he lives on..So there is no choice for him when it comes to whether he owed taxes or got a return..He did file and had deductions. Leave it to the gov't that has a bunch of options but only provides for a couple of them to choose from.. I just told him he will have to wait on the check in the mail. INB4 "is this really about you" comments..The answer is no..
