War on terror really made the economy skyrocket. How about that Gulf War? Economy was booming in 1991? Bush 1 was so bad he lost a re-election as a sitting president that had won a war. Bush 2 was so bad for the Republican Party it took Donald Trump to keep it alive. This country would be so much better off is neither Bush had taken office. Both won wars and both had terrible economies, which had never happened before.
