What are you talking about? I just went back and watched a few minutes before your post and I don't see anything on any of the screens.

He was holding up one of the boards asking the jury if they thought Alex had asked about Maggie and it looked like an overhead view of her body laying there

I think it was something sensitive, the camera panned away kind of quickly

I dunno but an actual video of him shooting the victims would carry more weight with me than his phone pinging in the area around the time of the murder.

Besides his lawyers advising him not to, is there anything stopping Ellick from giving his own closing argument?

The only thing this prosecutor is accomplishing is putting everyone to sleep

Problems with the gun evidence.

I'm sure this has been covered, but I haven't been able to figure out the two guns. But here is my latest thought. Murdaugh's plan was to set this up as a murder suicide. Make it look like Paul hunted his mother down with the AR, then used the 12ga pointing upward to "kill" himself. Then at some point (very quickly) he panicked when the scene didn't seem believable, grabbed the guns and went on to ditch them.

did the law and crime reporter just say that one of the jurors took a power nap?

I would love this at first. But his head rocking and silence in between making points would get tiresome. I imagine that dude would make it a shite show about himself, and couldn't help himself but into morphing into the blowhard attorney he is at heart.

Reporters said it is hot there in SC and the trip to Moselle did wear some jurors out.

Judge just said that he will allow continuing tomorrow, so the jury is fresh. About 30 minutes more today?

I kind of feel like since he decided to testify he might as well go all in.

Didn’t expect the prosecutor to go on this long. If I’m Ellick, why not take several hours and bust out my “theatrics”

My dark haired girl behind him yawned and it looked like one of the other prosecutors turned around and told her to hush lol

It is 84 today and was under 80 when they went out there. Is the reporter from Wisconsin? Jurors from this area are okay with this temp. They are sleeping because this went longer than it should have gone.

there was video about an hour after the jurors returned and the medias embargo expired. it was a silly video clip showing the jurors in trucks and a white van leaving for Moselle.

the camera zoomed in to the window but the darkened windows prevented from seeing the juror.

here is the video

LINK

I am thinking the Judge and lawyers were in the big white van.

Listening LIVE this attorney doing closing sucks he just raised his voice. It is like he knows the outcome so he is just acting outraged.
