Could you imagine what it feels like being a guilty defendant and listening to an expert witness describe the crime perfectly?

His paralegal in testimony said he was acting like the Tasmanian devil. Hyped up, unorganized, papers in piles, messy.

I am thinking he moved on to higher tiers of drugs. Cocaine, Meth, Heroin.? Who knows? He had the money.

Catching up reading the thread. A drug hit with them knowing Maggie ordered the audit-- does make the most sense overall.

They would have to be almost bugging AM and family or just easy snooping fact finding via Cousin Eddie: to know they would be at Moselle.

I bumped into this video I think it is a bit nutty but this lawyer thinks that AM somewhat confessed and they never followed up on it

And if it was a professional hit, they are bringing their own guns. They arent showing up to the scene to do a hit hoping that guns will be readily available

This isn’t Michael Corleone showing up unarmed to Louis’ restaurant in the Bronx to take out Sollozzo

Hold on a second. I hadn’t heard the ballistic information before.

That the shells found around Maggie matched some “weathered” shells found in the flowerbed.

Yep, Alex will be not guilty for sure.

I’m pretty confident that the jury will find him guilty regardless of the state’s weak case. After the media circus, AM was never going to get a fair trial in SC.

but Cousin Eddie would, for free.

That was interesting. I see what he's saying. Waters should of asked him how he knew "for a fact" that whomever did this had anger in his heart for Paul. He could have been referring to himself while he was in active addiction, like AM high on opiods is a different person. A split personality type of thing.

At first I thought it was way offand a bit nutty; but I guess lawyers don't say "FOR A FACT" easily?

here we go again with the expert witnesses compensation as if it is unusual...

Also: Listening to the law and crime commentary when the trial was on break:

They were really going on about the State lying about the blood on AM's shirt and the way that shots were loaded at Moselle.

Could you imagine being innocent of murder, like Alex, and listening to this clown on the stand right now?

Clearing the lookieloos from Moselle before the Jury arroves

Because nothing says Happy Spring like a Selfie at the sight of a gruesome pair of murders.

Police and even fire trucks are being used to secure the site.

If Alex is convicted, its for 2 main reasons:

- video placing him at the kennels

- Dr Kinsey's testimony

That said, I am confident it will be a hung jury. Women are easily swayed with crying testimony.

It's absolutely unethical and actually criminal.

But even worse than that, they leaked the false facts to the public to taint the jury pool.

What in Kinsey's testimony concludes that AM is the murderer?

He was the biggest fraud in this trial.

To the honest observer, he discredits the defense's alternative theory experts. Once he dismantles the alternate theories, you are left with Alex being placed on video just minutes before the shooting. Case closed in my opinion.

This is completely disregarding all other testimony, including the unnecessary financial angle.

Agree. I think its guilty or hung jury. No way he gets off completely.
