I’ve notice for the past few years that inspection stickers are peeing off windshields over time. So unacceptable that it is still a problem. How have they not fixed this?

I never remembered this being a problem when I was younger. Why can’t they just go back to what they were doing before?

It’s Louisiana. Low sticker bidder. Probably made in China.

Is this 2016 again..?

I remember back in the 80’s, forgot what year , but the tag would wrinkle and shrink from the heat... I want to say like 86, when they still only had one year tags..

If this is your biggest worry right now at this particular moment in time, you are a lucky man.

Wrong, someone's brother in law started a print company and happens to win a closed bid 10 year contract. Louisiana, baby.

Arkansas abolished inspection stickers in the 90s.

Get with the times, baws.

Nothing screams Louisiana problems like a peeling inspection sticker. It truly is ridiculous that they can’t even get that right.

Honestly if your brake tag doesn't come off the windshield during the summer, are you really from Louisiana?

Had to check that this wasn't a 10 year old thread.

Will never happen in this state. You have to have the benevolent state's permission in the form of a license to be a fricking florist. You think we're going to get rid of inspection stickers?

I had one that came off the windshield and shriveled up to about the size of a postage stamp...

I had that problem with the 2018 one. The lady said they had a bad batch of them or something when I was getting it replaced. I just taped it on all 4 sides with Scotch tape.

I haven't had this problem again with the last two.

It's definitely about the money and not safety. My wife had about 4k worth of damages to the front of her vehicle about 5 years ago. Before I brought it in to get fixed, I noticed the sticker was several months expired. I figured I wouldn't get a ticket if I had an orange sticker. They passed it with the hood all crumpled up

Could you imagine? A one year tag. Thank God those days are over.

Oh wait.

Mine expires in December (2 yr). It's hanging on by a sliver.
