have had 5% all around and full shield tint for as long as i can remember and i have never had an issue, just "know someone"

Well that's not true.
My last tinted car had 5 over 5 over 20.
With a sunshade on the dash, you could have sex in the car in an lsu parking lot at noon, and no one would know unless she was too loud.
