Not yet and Walmart pays off the radicals from turning it into another Portland.

To be fair, that's not a very high bar to clear.

Any where you live, there is a balance. It's your choice to choose your preferance. No where is perfect

A Louisiana couple owns the Cliff House Inn that overlooks the Arkansas grand canyon.

is already to late especially in Bella Vista, AR. I had eight homes built around me in the last three years and most of them are Yankees and Californians. There were no kids and now there are 10 of them running around.

Any they’ll bring their voting habits and shitty culture with them. They are fricking parasites.

The Neighborhood Market Walmarts are like boujee grocery store versions of Walmart, probably the least trashy Walmarts in the country.

Bella Vista used to be a retirement community as Cooper Homes back in the 60s.

A lot of people up north would retire in Bella Vista.

The residents voted and became an official town back in 2006.

The population growth has gotten younger.

Walmart has built less supercenters and more neighborhood markets to counter the growth of Dollar General.

Do they have them in other parts of the country or is it just a NW Arkansas thing? The one on Pauline Whitaker that I go to all the time is cutting edge.

No that is just for the rich people.

The farther away the Walmarts are from Bentonville the worst they become.

All of the Yankees I know in the area are red blooded Americans that are young. No flaming lib is moving here without an offer they can’t refuse from Walmart.

Baldie in the beginning of the video called Bentonville residents concerned about the growth of the town unicorns.

Slice of heaven! Like a previous poster said, keep this on the DL. They haven’t found a spot yet they can’t destroy.
