These incidents are what make cops hyper sensitive in every interaction with the usual suspects.

What???… no I’m asking what they where pulled over for???… the reason being at looks like the police probably was already looking for him… the traffic stop handle from the passenger side… cop walks right up and opens car door… it looks like he’s probably wanted for some else and the cop was stalling waiting on backup

License plate was old, car was being driven like shite (per the cop), ect ect.

None at all… seeing what happened… but with that said… cop probably going to have to answer why the traffic stop being conducted from the passenger side of the car… if it’s only expired tags what the relevancy of seeing the passenger ID… why did he open the passenger door…

Look at all the cars driving by as the shootout happens. It’s almost as if they didn’t even notice it. I wasn’t expecting them to stop but kinda crazy

The cop at the passenger door when the shooting starts. He circles around the front of the vehicle (hopping on one leg, adrenaline letting him use the leg that was shot most likely) and subsequently finishes what the black suspect started.

Do you know how many cops are hit every year by other cars while on the driver's side? Your biggest officer safety concern is other cars, not the occupants of the vehicle you just pulled over. The passenger side is the proper side. Plus, you can gain an advantage by approaching on the passenger side many times.
