I found that satisfying, but he is going to have a nice scar thanks to letting some random excavate his face with a razor blade, some latex gloves, and a roll of Kirkland paper towels.

That is going to leave a scar...
yeah, just imagine what that's going to do to his face.

Ive seen quite a few cyst popping, bot fly removal, etc type videos in my day, but that was hands down the most difficult to watch. The frick was that? Jesus.
And if I'm having that shite done, it's happening in the doctor's office. She's just cutting and yanking shite out of his face, followed by more black death ooze getting squeezed out when it's hard to believe there can be any more left in there.
Seriously, what the hell even causes that?

How are they going to do it? Are they just lancing it or are they totally cutting it out?
I've looked into getting mine removed but was told that I would be stuck laying on my stomach for up to six weeks for it to heal and would have to repack it with gauze every day. The Dr told me that he couldn't stitch the wound closed because the skin is pulled too tight when I sit or bend.
I've had it lanced twice already. The second time they left a hole open so it could drain instead of filling up. Its not very painful now but it drains constantly. I have to keep folded up toilet paper over it at all times, like a maxi, or it leaks thru my pants. Just last week I had to leave work early because I looked like a girl that wasn't ready for her period to start.

Love those videos. I can't open the link at work. Is that the Asian doctor that posts all those pimple popping and cyst removal videos?
ETA: Watched it on my phone. I would have had to have done that on my own. I love popping pimples, and probably would have passed out from all the sexual excitement from popping that thing myself

Get it done man. I don't remember the recovery being that bad other than having a golfball size hole in my arse for a while.

Everybody turns and he's bent over, pants at his knees, bloody gauze in his hand, and he says "IT'S MY arse PUSSY!! LOLOLOLOLOL" It literally was a bloody, gaping hole pretty much where you'd expect his arse to be. i'll never forget it. by the way, it was gross.

I've had it done twice. I think the last time it "worked" for good.
The recovery sucks, but is doable. Have your Dr. get you a home health nurse to come change the bandage every morning. My insurance covered most of it. All i did was eat percocet and watch the wire all day for 3 weeks. Went back to work after that.
Also, Doc said mine was BAD, FWIW
