That's brutal. Going back and teeing off on someone unconscious should 100% be attempted murder IMO. Just like when someone in a fight tries to foot stomp someone's head with their body weight (from videos in past threads similar to this one).
The dudes filming that shite and cackling like schoolgirls talking about "wait, he's gonna kill him..." seem like real pieces of shite too. I understand you can't physically stop him from the second floor, but fricking yell at him or someone run down there before he literally kills that dude.
Also props to the chick for not intervening until her man was knocked out, and then defending him once that happened. Sucks she got hurt.
I'm not sure how any judge or jury watching that video can disagree with attempted murder.

That is text book attempted murder. Once the threat is no longer a threat...... He is in big trouble.

Depends on the political leanings of the judge. A liberal judge will make sure it’s no more than some community service and probation.

A fire extinguisher could 'freeze' parts of his body and distract him painfully.

That guy going a little pass the point against that white kid could have been you or me. I have issues with attempted murder in that case. Esp if he was instigated.
You clearly don't understand the law. That boy is going to jail. No matter what instigated it, the second he is passed out, it's over. Any damage after that is negligent and crimminal.

Yep. Huge swaths of society are broken beyond repair. Disgusting behavior has never been more popular.
The world would be a better place without scum like this individual in it. As for those filming, they are worthless.

NB4 the white guy called the black guy a "racial slur..."

My lord you’re such a fricking clown. Don’t you have someone else’s baby to raise you fat hairy slob?

The guy arrested- Med School or Law?
From what I could tell from looking at his FB profile that someone linked a couple page back, he’s not even a student at Auburn. But I’m sure if this story gets picked up by the media, which as of this morning it has not (no surprise there) they’ll say he was “planning” to go to college.

You mean they word they use everyday when referring to one another?
That argument is so stupid. If it’s that offensive then it wouldn’t be every other word that comes out of your mouth.

Some Auburn Reddit comments are saying the altercation started at Sky Bar over something that was said. I imagine that will be the animal’s defense.

They say you should never assume things- but I suspected this was a very safe bet. The VAST majority of crimes on the LSU campus (for example) involve "visits" by local morons from the nearby criminal hell holes. They completely understand there's much less of a chance they'd get their arse shot on a college campus- where self defense is a no-go.

Not saying they shouldn't have been way more proactive in assisting, did they call the cops? But, at least they did record it and post it, which will be very valuable in getting this thug off the streets.
Filming helped, but that still doesn’t exclude the fact that these dumbasses just stood there watched as a girl got thrown on her head and probably broke her neck.

You think saying a word is grounds to justify attempted murder?

This kid will probably have residual effects from this the rest of his life…once he was out and kept getting hit…his head was against the pavement with no movement and absorbing every punch causing significant damage

If someone follows me home they are getting shot
A friend from when I was younger did exactly this. They got into a fight at a bar over a game of pool. The guys followed my friends back to the camp, trying to run them off the road along the way. Once at the camp, My friend got out of his truck and shot 2 of the 3 guys, killing one. He originally was cleared due to self defense laws, but they ‘found new evidence’, charges him with manslaughter and found him guilty. One year in jail, 9 years suspended sentence.
This was 25 years ago in the French Settlement area.

This is an extraordinarily stupid take. There's this thing called self control. Most in society have it. If that weren't the case, it would effect every single aspect of your life- and not in a good way.
The idiot beating on an unconscious victim is exactly that. Good luck on his next gig as a prison bitch.
