Man, shoulder injuries hurt like hell and last a while if you don’t seek help. About 8 years ago I was pulling on a tire tool so hard on som elocked up lug nuts that it felt like my shoulder tore open. I just let it rest and tried not to do too much with the right side for a few months. It took that long to feel better and return to normal.
In retrospect, I should have seen a doctor about it.

deductible met already this year? My wife fell off a stool last thursday while hanging garland around the kitchen window and fricked up her knee. I told her she has to wait 'til the 1st if she needs surgery.
Wouldn’t you want to do it before the 1st?

Sounds like a rotator cuff tear to me. Enjoy surgery and 18 months of recovery

You're such a socioeconomist.
He can use his refund check to pay his deductible all at once. Otherwise, he won't know how expensive of a car he can buy if the doctor visits are spread out.

I wouldn’t be too surprised if there some anterior subluxation which could explain why you can’t bring your arm up like you are wanting
