Punishments like this would be a much better deterrent. Apparently, the threat of prison time isn't working for people like that piece of shite.

Showed my daughter a meme on FB with 2 babies dressed as wayne and garth, she asked who's that? So to correct my parental failure we watched Wayne's World last night. She loved it

As a new father to a beautiful five month old, this infuriates me beyond comprehensive. How could anyone do that to something so sweet and innocent.

Having my first born right around the same age as the baby in this story, I literally can't even imagine what kinda person does this. Even if the baby was not my flesh and blood the thought of this happening to a human so innocent and helpless just makes me so angry.
