The low frustration tolerance of urban blacks is a real thing. All these little provocations that come with life that well adjusted people walk away from go nuclear. It’s the poison in the Cultural recipe- the inability to walk away. All these clips come back to low frustration tolerance and overreaction as a predictable part of the cultural response. Not sure how that ever changes if people learn that going immediately to NUCLEAR is a normal response when they are children.

A dozen storm-troopers descending on the crowd and handling that situation the hard way would have been epic.
Edit: When I get controlling interest in the Disney Corp. all Disney security will be in storm-trooper uniforms and will maintain order with extreme prejudice.
