Xanax could easily have been what he OD'd on as well. Plenty of people have died from both of those drugs taken independently of each other. Combining them seems like a death wish.

It absolutely does exist.
At the time of his death they were a huge problem. Everybody knew they were getting “presses” and a lot of people didn’t care or even liked the stronger pills.
His death was at the tail end of the phasing out of stronger opioids such as OC 80’s and 30’s. They were getting harder and harder to find.

Friend died in 2015. He was an LSU grad, but was living in Texas when it happened.
