If you hate them now, take a good look at how and what they are being spent on ! Then think about the amount of debt this country is building every second on these expenditures. Then go and take your blood pressure meds.

2023 was our highest tax bill ever. On one hand it's good because we made more money. On the other hand it was sickening to owe $23k on top of the outrageous amount we had already paid.

At least they don’t double tax us. It’s only federal and state income tax, property tax, sales tax, gas tax, extra sales taxes on products they don’t like, in some cases taxes on your assets, and then if you’re doing well enough they pay taxes when you die.
