I'm not saying I support the stimulus. . .but if it drags on, are you going to be ok with the inevitable rioting and looting when poor people, who cant work right now, are out of money and need basic stuff?

The type of poor that riot and loot and aren't working right now won't be impacted. Their gubmint checks will still keep coming regardless.

A 1000 check is barley a bandaid. Just a waste of TAXPAYER money

for 1 adult? That is a light bill, water bill, food, and internet for a month. Not a bunch, but enough to alleviate some hurting.

Again, not saying I am a fan. I think the bigger problem is the devaluing the dollar that will result after this crisis is over.
