A parent. Teachers can only get so far (in most cases) without solid parents at home.

Easy, kid can learn from a mediocre teacher still if they have a parent telling them to shut up in class and do their homework.

Obviously a teacher. Otherwise I'd homeschool. Screw that!

A parent, obviously.

Unless you're an orphan. Then it's a teacher.

Parents for everything, except the birds and the bees.
We find out about a new teacher every week who is doing an excellent job at this.

100% parents

That is plural.

Teachers can only do so much, but it all begins at home.

A child with a bad teacher has a much greater potential to overcome that bad teacher if they have great parents.

A child with a great teacher has a much, much harder path to success if they have shitty parents. We see that in the inner cities frequently.
