Secret Pizza on the third floor of the Cosmopolitan. No signs, no advertising. It’s tucked away near the pool tables..

Try the omakase @Kame, not too far off the strip and only 8-10 seats x2 per evening and cheaper than Nobu omakase but way better and a more personal chef experience

Thanks for all of the comments. Ended up at RA sushi bar on the strip- though dinner was going to be Top Of The World- reservation was made too late to do the show I wanted to see.
BTW- got to see Absinthe and it was hilarious. The acrobats/etc were amazing...but the host and his sidekick made the show. Check it out if you get there.
