And i would venture to guess that, even today, with the drinking age being 21- it probably still isn’t much of a problem for a 19 yr old to get into most bars in NOLA .

In the 1980s I gave one of these to my girlfriend as a combo birthday/graduation present. To this day I can't decide if it was ultimate stupidity or she was worth every penny.
